Description[]
When active, M. Bison has access to the Psycho Crusher special move by pressing Heavy Punch and Heavy Kick simultaneously. Bison also gains a command grab called Psycho Charge, which can be performed by pressing Reverse Half Circle (forward to back) and Kick. This lets Bison infuse his opponent with Psycho Power.

M. Bison's opponent under the effects of Psycho Charge.
If an opponent has been hit with Psycho Charge, the Psycho Power infused into them will explode after a set period of time. If the Psycho Charge was successful, the infusion can also be detonated with Psycho Judgement by executing a reverse half-circle (forward to back) and pressing kick at Bison's discretion. He may also cancel any normal or special move with this move.
However, if the opponent is able to land a hit against Bison, then the infusion will deactivate.
Tactics[]
As a two-bar V-Trigger, M. Bison can activate Psycho Nightmare sooner than Psycho Power. Both attacks give him powerful mix-ups and damaging conversions similar to his other V-Trigger, while also being considerably less costly to use for both V-Gauge and EX Meter. However, its activation cannot be cancelled from any of M. Bison's special moves.
Psycho Charge costs 1/4 V-Gauge on whiff and another 1/4 should the grab land. As a comboable command grab, M. Bison's pressure is significantly stronger, being able to convert any cancellable normal into the infusion, on top of using it as a regular command grab. After being hit by Psycho Charge, Psycho Judgement's detonate can either make M. Bison's moves safe at a whopping +14 frames, or convert his special moves into even more damage. However, M. Bison must be careful not to overextend, as even one hit from the opponent will deactivate the bomb.
Psycho Crusher costs 1/2 V-Gauge to use, but is both projectile invincible and capable of crossing the opponent up. While it is -8 on block, M. Bison travels through the opponent and is fairly difficult to punish. Psycho Crusher can be cancelled from special moves and cancel into M. Bison's Critical Art, making it a strong combo ender. The attack hits twice on block, and certain ranges can force the opponent to be wary of getting hit from both sides.
While Psycho Power has incredible combo potential and enhances his mixups tremendously, it requires significantly more meter to fully utilize. Psycho Nightmare's lower cost and ability to cancel from many of M. Bison's moves add new ways to mix opponents up without having to rely as heavily on his V-Trigger to make a comeback.
