The Atomic Pea-Shooter was a planned trap designed by Doctor Robotnik. The weapon appeared to be a stationary cannon that fired projectiles in an arcing trajectory. It was very similar to the Blastoid Badnik in appearance and functionality.
The "pea-shooter" seemingly never got off the drawing table and was scrapped, along with the Power Pack Y-Fronts.
