Plot summary[]
The Imperials did not attack Corellia to find Luke Skywalker and Rogue Squadron consisting of Wedge Antilles, Ten Numb, Wes Janson and Tycho Celchu. This was just a coincidence. Ten Numb is strapped to a table to be tortured. R2-D2 tracked the imperials to nearby Tralus. Rogue Squadron enters a Selonian city and are shown mistrust from the Seleonians who have been persecuted by the Empire. Rogue Squadron gains some help from the Selonians and learn of the location of Weir's base run by the ruthless General Weir.
At Weir's base, Weir is questioning Ten about what is happening outside the system. The imperials notice Rogue Squadron's approach and order an evacuation. Rogue Squadron enters as the imperials are getting ready to leave. Weir and some imperials get into some TIE Fighters and leave. Wedge and Tycho get into TIE Fighters and follow the imperials. Luke and Wes keep fighting in the base and look for Ten. They find him, but he is already dead. Wedge and Tycho shoot down the imperial TIE Fighters. Weir gets out of his downed ship and Wedge follows him and arrests him.
Weir becomes imprisoned on Sullust while Luke and Wedge talk aboard a Star Destroyer captured from the imperials in the Battle of Endor. Luke plans to step down as Rogue Leader and found a New Jedi Order. Wedge meets up with Admiral Gial Ackbar to choose the members of his new squadron.
