Treeman's herb was a slow-growing shrub that was native to the world of Naboo. Extracts made from its leaves were used by the Gungans as preservatives and medicine. The preservative quality of the herb was also used for suspended animation processes. Harvested leaves, once the plant was established, regrew quite rapidly.
