The mission to Tamsye Prime was a scouting mission by made the Partisans to the Outer Rim planet Tamsye Prime[1] in 5 BBY.[2] Whilst on the mission, Jyn Erso was abandoned by Saw Gerrera after her true identity was in danger of being revealed.[1]
Thereafter, Jyn fled to a different planet.[1]

The 2024 reference book Star Wars Encyclopedia: The Comprehensive Guide to the Star Wars Galaxy mistakenly refers to Jyn Erso's earlier mission to Horuz as occurring on Tamsye Prime, and does not mention where Gerrera abandons her.
