- "Oh, kark it…"
- ―Warba Calip
"Kark"[1] and its derivative "karking,"[2] and "karked"[3] were an expletive used in the galaxy.[1] Sian Holt referred to Keefar Branto as a "karking fexsnatcher" while tracking down the latter in the Coruscant Underworld.[2] On Sergia, Warba Calip used the term "kark it" in irritation when a speeder she was attempting to steal was deactivated by its owner.[1] The pirate Maz Kanata and her companion Sav Malagán used the phrase "kark star" to express annoyance.[4][5] "Sure as kark" could be used for emphasis, e.g. "there sure as kark ain't no Red Ghost."[6] "Kark" could also refer to insults, e.g. "You don't get to say kark about Sana's and my relationship."[7] To "kark up" meant to mishandle something.[8] Alys Ongwa used "kark tower" when speaking with Krix Kamerat.[9]
