Janstren Brell was a con artist and the leader of the criminal organization Red & Black League. He ran the League from his headquarters on the planet Herstell V and committed such notable exploits as the "Ursellin Sun Jammer Race Fixings," the "Trancret Stock Exchange Swindle" and the "Perkell Sector Mining Fleecing." Brell was thought to funnel much of his ill-gotten gains into buying protection.
