Ela Tips was a worker living on Coruscant in 22 BBY. Wearing a navy bodysuit, a helmet and a breath mask,^[1] Tips was a patron in the Outlander Club, in the Uscru Entertainment District, in the last years of the Galactic Republic.^[2]
