District Advocate was a title held by Dar Champion on Lanz Carpo, who was elected into the position.[2] As District Advocate, Champion was able to make arrests, even against members of Boss Carpo's Red Carpo Guard. Despite his powers as District Advocate, Boss Carpo often freed corrupt members of his syndicate that Champion had arrested.[3]
