The first effect of this Upgrade Card triggers during Fleet Building.
The second effect triggers at the start of the first round and is permanent.
Appearance[]
The Vanguard was an Nebulon-B escort frigate commanded by General Dodonna. It was the flagship of his unit over the planet Atollon in the year 2 BBY, that joined with Phoenix Cell. Grand Admiral Thrawn brought his fleet to Atollon to crush the local Rebellion. The Vanguard was destroyed in the ensuing battle, though Dodonna and several members of the ship's crew managed to escape as seen during the third season of Star Wars Rebels TV-show.
