Jonathan Brisby is a character in the Hatchetfield Universe. He is the rich, English fiancé of Lucy Stockworth and features in the Hatchetfield Ape-Man. He is played by Curt Mega.

The Hatchetfield Ape-Man[]
Jonathan first appears in Hatchetfield 2 weeks after Lucy was supposed to leave to go home to England. He appears concerned about Lucy as she missed her dress fitting, causing his mother to be beside herself. Upon meeting Ted as the Ape-Man Jonathan isn't fool and exclaims that he is clearly a naked man. This irritates Lucy and the two end up breaking up. Later on Jonathan and Professor Hidgens go hunting where Hidgens murders the man for getting in the way of this plans. It is later revealed that Jonathan was only marrying Lucy for her title while she was marrying him for his fortune to use to continue to search for the Ape-Man.

Jonathan is a very pompous and proud man. He views himself as very self-important and believes himself to know best. He is also an opportunist who uses his relationship with Lucy to gain a title.

Duchess Lucy Stockworth is Jonathan's ex-fiancé. The two had a somewhat strained relationship. Their almost-marriage was merely one of convenience and while they did care for each other, they generally had very different personalities and did not share many interests. Lucy seemed to feel like Jonathan always looked down on her.
