"Buswolley" is the battle.net alias of the creator of the "Part and Parcel" map. He previously made maps in StarCraft: Brood War and Warcraft III.[1]
Buswolley appears as an easter egg on the final version of Part and Parcel as a marine on the northeastern corner of the map.[2]
