History[]

Player 217, like other contestants, joined the Squid Game due to being in significant debt.

He was one of the players who wanted to take a group photo with Thanos, as he along with many others went up to the camera. Unfortunately, a manager did not allow more than one person to be in a photo for player icons, so he had to take his separately, Thanos did tell Player 217 and the others that he could take a group photo with them later.

The first game was Red Light, Green Light. He initially didn't trust Gi-hun's warnings, and would play the game normally.

Fate[]

He was one of the players who ran during the initial chaos following the deaths of Kang Mi-na and Lee Eun-ju. He would dodge the bullets until reaching the door, where he would be shot along with many others beside him.
