He bears a strong resemblance to Sandy Cheeks, except for the fact he wears a plaid kilt, with a hat to match, and looks quite older than her.

Biography[]
When he was an adult, he went to Bikini Bottom to get a job at the Krusty Krab. However, he was not accepted.
