Lady Zombie[1], also known as the zombie lady[2], is a zombie who appears in The Patrick Star Show episodes "Host-a-Palooza," "The Starry Awards," and "The Patrick Show Cashes In."

She has a pink head with a green body. She wears a yellow dress with a white trim and has a brown belt buckle. Her body is covered in scars and stitches.

Lady Zombie biting Patrick.
"Host-a-Palooza"[]
On Granny Tentacles' segment, she gives Lady Zombie a makeover. She dislikes how it comes out, and shoves Granny Tentacles into the hairdresser she used, before taking her purse and collapsing when trying to walk off. At the end of the episode, Patrick juggles Lady Zombie's parts into the air, and she says "Ta-da!" after he catches them.
