Big Johnny, main model number Incidental K4,[1] also known as Incidental Kid4,[2] is a "K" incidental who first appears in the episode "Friend or Foe."
Description[]
He is a short lime green kid fish, with dark green fins, orange lips, and acne who wears a white T-shirt, and light blue shorts.

Big Johnny has made a few appearances throughout the series. He has been portrayed as a child fish in all of his appearances. After his appearance in "A Life in a Day," he is absent from the series for 9 years but makes a comeback in season 10's "Lost and Found."

"Friend or Foe"[]
He is one of the various kids who teased and tormented Mr. Krabs and Plankton as children. He argues with Incidental K3 whether they should like or respect Stinky. He was later the first to try Plankton's Chum Burger, but when he eats it, he spits it out due to its toxic flavor.
"A Life in a Day"[]
He makes a cameo at Goo Lagoon, where he is making a sandcastle alongside Incidental 67KID where they become amazed after Larry the Lobster sets their castle on fire.
"Lost and Found"[]
Big Johnny appears in Squidward's childhood flashback where he jumps out from the top of the Bikini Bottom School after hearing Squidward play the kazoo badly.
"Stuck on the Roof"[]
After SpongeBob fails to save the Krabby Patty from falling, it lands on the floor and splatters ketchup everywhere like blood, which makes Big Johnny cry and leave with Incidental 49.
"Old Man Patrick"[]
He appears as a "Kids roughs Adam" incidental and is seen at the beginning of the episode where he is afraid of jumping in the pool, so he stays on the trampoline until the chubby customer jumps behind him and due to the latter's weight, Big Johnny flies out to the sky. He is not seen landing.
"The Goofy Newbie"[]
He appears as a customer at Goofy Goober's Ice Cream Party Boat.
