Incidental F19 is an "F" incidental who first appears in the episode "Culture Shock."

Description[]

He is a short brownish-gray fish with a pale pink dorsal fin and lips. He wears a dark purple suit over a white dress shirt with a black bow tie. He also wears a monocle, has a dark yellow flower on his suit, a darker purple sash, and has an upturned nose.

He also has an alternate design that debuted in "Grooming Gary" where he is colored pale green with an orange dorsal fin and pink lips. His suit, sash, and pants are colored black while his shirt is colored pale pink and his bow tie is colored dark pink. He also wears black shoes as well. In his preliminary design, his dress shirt was colored white and his sash was colored dark pink like his bow tie.

Incidental F19 has made a few appearances throughout the series. Like most "F" incidentals, he usually appears attending fancy establishments.

At the very end of the episode, he looks at the "masterpiece" that is merely Mr. Krabs and Squidward squished against a bit of the demolished Krusty Krab's floor.
