Incidental 1B, also known as BunnyBunnsKids 15, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "The Chaperone." He is an alternate model of Incidental 1 (Fred) and he is classified as a hotdog-type incidental.

Incidental 1 (Fred): the incidental character who Incidental 1B is an alternate model of.
He is a pale brown grouper with light tan fins. He wears green-brown pants with a black belt that has a yellow-gold colored belt buckle.
BunnyBunnsKids 15[]
BunnyBunsKids 15.
He is a shorter kid grouper that is colored light brownish-tan with bright orange lips and fins. He also has a tail fin, indigo pants with a light black belt and a silver buckle, and a striped dark and light blue birthday hat.

Incidentals 1B-1D's models shown to be absent from the original main model sheet (Note: there is no label that claims they are "non-existent" due to the fact that they are alternate models of Incidental 1).
Incidental 1B as a camera man.
Incidental 1B has made a few appearances in the series so far. He has had many gaps in between his appearances and has been portrayed as a camera man in many of his appearances. He also has a "BunnyBunnsKids" variant known as BunnyBunnsKids 15 who made a few appearances as well, where he is regularly portrayed as a toddler. He was firstly designed to be a Krusty Krab customer.

"The Chaperone"[]
A single Incidental 1B with Fred and two Incidental 1Cs.
Duplicates of him appear at the Krusty Krab as customers along with many Freds and Incidental 1Cs where they all get briefly injured by Pearl's meltdown. Mr. Krabs later asks all the customers if they would be interested in taking Pearl to the prom, the customers, however, all run away in fear.
"No Free Rides"[]
He appears as a Spanish businessman on a billboard while SpongeBob and Mrs. Puff fight in the boatmobile.
"Sing a Song of Patrick"[]
He later appears part of the angry mob admitting that Patrick's "new song" wasn’t that bad.

SpongeBob swiping Incidental 1B's Krabby Patty away.
He appears as a customer at Fancy! where SpongeBob swipes a Krabby Patty from his fork.
"Atlantis SquarePantis"[]
Incidental 1B as a tailor.
He appears as a tailor where he designs pants with many pockets for Mr. Krabs during "Mr. Krabs' song."

He is seen as part of the Bikini Bottom Men's Choir.

He appears as a cameraman with Bob Preflumster interviewing Squidward posing as Squilliam.
"Tunnel of Glove"[]
He appears as the camera man for Perch Perkins news report.

He appears as Perch Perkins' camera man during his report on the race.

Incidental 1B filming Plankton.
He appears as Perch Perkins' camera man at the beginning of the episode where Plankton tries to punch him away due to wanting his plan to be secret.
