The homeowner is a minor character who first appears in the episode "Scaredy Pants."
Description[]
He is an orange fish with an underside which is a much lighter shade of orange. His dorsal fin is the same color as his underside. He also wears brown pants with a black belt.
Role in series[]
The homeowner has made an few appearances in the franchise so far. He has been absent from the series for 18 years ever since his debut appearance in "Scaredy Pants," but he then made a comeback in the short, "Krabby Patty Report," which aired during season 9. He was firstly designed to be a homeowner during Halloween.

"Hey, don't you kids want your candy?"
SpongeBob and Patrick try to scare him, but he's confused as to what they're doing. When the two run off, he asks if they want any candy.

The homeowner's sweater getting pulled.
He appears at the Krusty Krab with Harris where his clothes get unraveled by SpongeBob's string. He then fearfully tells the customers to not look down before running out the restaurant with the other naked customers.

He enjoys the new flowers in the Krusty Krab, and is surprised when Petunia takes them away. He follows Krabs to the Chum Bucket and turns against Plankton.

He is seen running away from Man Ray while he drives the police car.

He is one of the customers waiting in line for a frozen Krabby Patty. After Perch Perkins gobbles up all the Krabby Patties bought by him along with other customers, he chases after Perkins along with the rest of the angry customers.
