Incidental 118C is an incidental character who first appears as the main antagonist in the episode "Chocolate with Nuts." He is an alternate variant of Incidental 118 and he is classified as a secondary character-type incidental.
Description[]
He is a lavender jellybean-shaped fish with light purple fins and lips. He wears a small brown fedora with an orange stripe, a brown vest over his light tan dress shirt with a brown tie and rolled up sleeves.
He also has two different alternate designs. One that first appeared in "20,000 Patties Under the Sea" where he is colored teal with a lighter teal dorsal fin and lips, wears a magenta vest, has a pink necktie, and wears a lighter brown fedora and pants. Another one that first appeared in "Broken Alarm" where he is colored teal with dark teal lips and a lighter teal dorsal fin and wears a green vest over a white dress shirt with a salmon necktie. Both of these variants also appear to have pointed toe shoes.
Role in series[]
Incidental 118C makes more major roles than minor ones. He is one of the incidental characters that didn't debut in the first two seasons. He makes his most prominent appearance in his debut "Chocolate with Nuts" as the main antagonist. He was firstly designed to be a con artist who scams SpongeBob and Patrick. He was originally considered to be an alternate design of Incidental 118 but he later got his own model number "118C" and became an alternate model of Incidental 118.

He scams SpongeBob and Patrick out of their money three times by selling them candy bar bags, candy bar bag carrying bags, and pretending he is seriously injured just to sell more chocolate bars to SpongeBob and Patrick.
"20,000 Patties Under the Sea"[]
SpongeBob and Patrick try to sell him and his wife Krabby Patties, but they refuse twice. SpongeBob then offers to pay them to buy Krabby Patties to which they gladly accept to. Incidental 118C then thanks them and wishes them good luck.
"Snooze You Lose"[]
He is one of the various people near the bus stop who shockingly watch SpongeBob and Patrick from inside Squidward.
"The Getaway"[]
He appears as a Jewelry store employee who SpongeBob distracts while Sticky Fins Whiting steals from the shop.
"Spot Returns"[]
He is one of the Krusty Krab customers who get distracted by the Identical twin puppies.
"Sanitation Insanity"[]
He is shown selling boatmobiles to Carl, although SpongeBob keeps on destroying them all while driving the dump truck.
"The Ballad of Filthy Muck"[]
He is shown as the leader of the angry mob against Filthy Muck and SpongeBob.
"The Krusty Slammer"[]
He is one of the customers who applaud when Mr. Krabs promotes the Krusty Slammer and is later seen when Mr. Krabs forces him to eat two Krabby Patties that were originally being eaten by prisoners and then takes money from his wallet as well as being disturbed by the prisoners in the slammer tossing tomatoes.
"Broken Alarm"[]
He is the owner of Clock World, a clock store that SpongeBob visits in order to find a replica of his alarm clock. He tells SpongeBob that his brand of alarm clock is no longer produced, though he has many other clocks SpongeBob can buy. SpongeBob, indecisive, buys all of the clocks and gives the con man a pile of money, causing him to run to a nearby Yachts store, buy an expensive yacht and drive away with it.

He is seen getting disturbed by Old Man Jenkins sipping his coffee and later agrees with Incidental 13's statement about Mr. Krabs threatening to kick Old Man Jenkins out of the Krusty Krab. He also get disturbed by Old Man Jenkins' elders song and lastly appears suffering from the heat when Mr. Krabs turns the thermostat to nuclear.
"Bubble Bass's Tab"[]
He watches Bubble Bass mock Mr. Krabs with Incidental 160 in his car and sounds his car horn which causes Bubble Bass to flee away.
"Single-Celled Defense"[]
He appears as a shady salesman in an alley. Plankton goes to him and buys a weapon from him, giving him a bag of money as payment. The salesman then steps on Plankton.
"Don't Make Me Laugh"[]
He appears as a salesman at Hats. He sells Incidental 16 a hat, but when SpongeBob laughs at him, he slams the hat over the salesman and storms off.
"Necro-Nom-Nom-Nom-I-Con"[]
He is seen eating a large pancake at Coffee Bowl. He then gives money to the waitress, just for Mr. Krabs to bother both of them.
The Patrick Star Show[]
"Bummer Jobs"[]
SpongeBob and Patrick see him ride a taxi which gives them the idea to become taxis themselves as jobs.
"Movie Stars"[]
He appears in a 3D short film, driving his car down a ramp.
Trivia[]
- Unlike Incidental 118 and his three other variants, he is not normally portrayed as a police officer. Ironically, he is a criminal in his debut appearance.
- His role in ”Sanitation Insanity" was originally meant for Incidental 69.
- He makes his first speaking role in "Chocolate with Nuts."
