The "Snail" incidentals are a large group of sea snail characters that first appear in the episode "Grooming Gary." There appear to be at least 16 models with the only known ones being two models going by Snail 1, and Snails 2, 9, 11, 13, and 15.

- In "Grooming Gary", a lavender colored "Snail" incidental is named Muffsies the Snail.
- In "SpongeBob Simulator", Snail 1 is named Goop Snail and Construction Snail, while Snail 13 (which is currently removed) is named Snail.

Each "Snail" incidental has its own physical appearance.
Snail 1 (Grooming Gary)[]
He is an orange colored snail with a green bottom and a green rigidity shell.
Snail 1 (Gary in Love)[]
He is a pale blue snail with a bright blue bottom. He has a bright pink shell with a reddish-pink swirl that is covered in white bandages.
Snail 2[]
She is a lavender colored snail with a purple bottom, three violet spots on the sides, and hot pink lips. She has a cyan colored shell with a dark blue swirl and stripes.
Snail 9[]
She is a sky blue snail with a light green bottom and yellow hair. She has a pink shell with a dark pink swirl and spots.
Snail 11[]
She is a yellow-orange colored snail with red lips and a double chin. She has a bright violet shell with a violet swirl and three wide and squiggly lavender lines.
Snail 13[]
He is a slightly chubby light blue snail with a pale green bottom and visible nostrils. He has an orange shell with a red swirl and red stripes.

He is a yellow-green colored snail with a dark teal bottom and buck teeth. He has an orange shell with a red swirl and three yellow spots.

She is a lavender colored snail with a teal bottom and pink lips. She has a dressy bright and dark orange shell with a jewel on the very back.

She is a lavender snail with a teal bottom and mouth. She has yellow hair in the form of a pointy beehive and she has a hot pink shell with a pale pink bottom border and a dark pink swirl. She also wears a brown belt around her shell.

She is a dark teal snail with a green bottom and hot pink lips. She has a pointy pink shell that resembles the hat of a princess with two light green tassels on the tip of it.

Role in series[]
The "Snail" incidentals have made a decent amount of appearances throughout the series. They can most commonly be seen in episodes the revolve around Gary the Snail. Some of them were firstly designed to be contestants for the Bikini Bottom Pet Show while some were firstly designed to be regular pet snails. Some of the snails were also seen in "Sanctuary!" where they were adopted by SpongeBob, and were later taken to the Bob Barnacle Snail Rescue Center.
