The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning is an action-adventure video game developed by Krome Studios and published by Vivendi Universal Games for the Game Boy Advance, GameCube, PlayStation 2 and Xbox; with Amaze Entertainment developing the Nintendo DS version, and The Mighty Trologodytes developing the European mobile version. The game was first released on October 10, 2006 in North America.
It is the first game in The Legend of Spyro trilogy, and a reboot of the Spyro series.
