The Bar's Federals were a group of FBI agents who raided a pool hall operated by Jimmy Altieri.
During a card game headed by Jimmy and several others, including Big Pussy Bonpensiero, four federal agents knock on the door and bust it down when Jimmy asks who's there. When Jimmy complains that the FBI was only interrupting a friendly card game, the head agent, who knows Jimmy, tells him that they aren't here for that. A second agent checks out the pool table and the playfield is slanted. The head agent instructs him and a third agent, Derek, to dismantle it, finding a stash of guns hidden beneath. Big Pussy uses the distraction to make a dash for the back door, with the head agent instructing a fourth agent to give chase. Pussy makes it to the end of the street when he is intercepted around the corner by Derek, who used the front entrance, grinning widely as he puts him under arrest. (Nobody Knows Anything).

- Only three of the agents were credited. The head agent (the only one with dialogue) was portrayed by Ramsey Faragallah, the pool table agent was portrayed by Matthew Lawler and Derek, the shotgun-wielding agent who arrests Pussy, was played by Chance Kelly. A fourth agent, briefly seen entering after the other three, arresting one of Jimmy's associates, and running after Pussy at the head agent's command, was played by an unknown extra.
