So does that youtube video of the theme song work for anyone? honestly, I like the idea of being able to hear the theme song on the page, but is there a better way than putting a huge honking youtube video in the middle of everything? Spalsh Hill Zone[]

It is the name of an upcomming Zone in Sonic 4. I was wondering, is it me or is Splash Hill Zone looks a lot like Green Hill Zone, I am not talking about the scenery which of course looks like Green Hill, but if you noticed the layout of the zone is simular to the first Green Hill Zone? Categories[]

Should I add categories to Green Hill Zone from different games? Such as add the Sonic Battle category because Green Hill Zone appeared in that game. The same goes for the Sonic Adventure 2/Battle, Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood, etc. categories. Alter the Wolf Protector of Chaos 21:42, June 2, 2011 (UTC)

I over-think things again[]

Do you think that the soil of Green Hill Zone consists of two different types of earth? And by some phenomenon these two soil types are in a 3D checkered pattern as if blocks of dirt stacked Minecraft like? Just that there is two kinds of earth and stacked "natually" in a specific pattern.

As the milllions of years pass and the top level of the dual-earth is eroded by the ocean as the lakes set in and perhaps the Chaos Emeralds causing abstract terraforming like those large hoops, eventually hills are formed around great lakes and grass starts to grow. And due to the tropical climate of South Island, palm tree's and colourful flowers grow and thats how Green Hill Zone came to be.

Move to "Green Hill"[]

I'm proposing to move this article to simply "Green Hill". There is plenty of proof that the canonical names for these locations omit the "Zone" at the end, so it shouldn't be any different for this page. DiegoUreta68 (talk) 08:41, 24 November 2022 (UTC)

Page addition[]

Hi, so I noticed that this page doesn't mention Green Hill's inclusion in Sonic Mania. As that was a very important game in Sonic's history, I feel like its containing Green Hill should be a part of the article. Of course, there might be a rule in place so that only games by Sonic Team can be mentioned here, but if there isn't, I feel like it would be an important inclusion. Timeline placement[]

Ian Flynn has stated that all of IDW thus far takes place prior to Sonic Frontiers, and that we'll know when the comics are set after Frontiers by when we start seeing references to it.
