Tabby is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. He is a mobian Koala hailing from Southern Island in the Sol Zone.

Appearance[]

Tabby is an anthropomorphic koala with mostly gray fur covering his body, along with white fur covering his front torso, muzzle, and inner ears. He also has small and beady black eyes, a large and flat black nose, cheek tufts, and bushy ears near the top of his head. He also has a short tail and no toes on his feet. For attire, he wears a brown straw hat, a green shirt, white gloves, and brown sandals.

History[]

Living Weapons[]

Tabby was once attacked by Metal Sonic after the robot got transported to the Sol Zone. Metal Sonic questioned Tabby for the location of the local counterpart of Dr. Robotnik, but tossed him away when Blaze the Cat arrived.[1]

Treasure Team Tango[]

As a massive storm approached, Marine the Raccoon and Tabby pulled a dingy up to a pier on Southern Island with some difficulty. While Tabby complained about the "worrisome" state of the world lately, Marine confidently insisted that Blaze would recover the Sol Emeralds and set everything right.[2]

Personality[]

Tabby is not one to bear responsibilities for things that are out of his control. Also, despite being friends with Marine, her vivacious attitude tends to annoy him.[2]
