Sweets Paradise is a Japanese chain of dessert buffets, which also serve light meals such as salad and pasta. They have had 2 collaborations with the Sonic franchise that featured food and drinks themed after the series; the first took place in 2016 as part of the 25th Anniversary Celebration, and the second took place in 2017 to promote Sonic Forces.
25th Anniversary Collaboration[]
The 25th Anniversary collaboration was hosted in a single Sweets Paradise location, that being the one located inside of the ABAB shopping mall, and ran from October 1st to November 13th. The menu featured 6 dishes and 6 drinks, for a total of 12 items. Additionally, stickers featuring renders of characters and coasters featuring the box art of various games were given out with each order. They were both broken up into 2 sets of 14, which featured 2 (in the case of the coasters) or 3 (in the case of the stickers) common variants that were part of both. Set 1 was given out during the first half of the promotion, while set 2 was given out during the second half.
Sonic Forces Collaboration[]
The Sonic Forces collaboration was hosted in the Sweets Paradise inside of the Kinshicho Marui shopping mall, and ran from November 3rd to December 14th. It featured 5 dishes and 6 drinks, for a total of 11 items. There were also 16 stickers that were given out at random with each order, 15 of which featured renders of characters, and one that featured the game's key art.
