Sabotage (ぶんかい, Bunkai^?, lit. "Disassembly") is a POW move used by Dr. Eggman, with the aid of Miles "Tails" Prower, in Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood. When performing this move, Eggman teams up with Tails to dismantle a robotic enemy. This attack has a chance of instantly defeat robotic enemies.

Description[]

When performing Sabotage, Eggman and Tails walk up to a robotic enemy and begin to quickly and aggressively dismantle the enemy together, eventually tearing it apart, before returning to their team positions.

In gameplay, when performing Sabotage, the player has a chance of instantly reducing the Health Points of a single target on the opposing side of the battlefield that is of robotic nature, to zero, effectively knocking the opponent out. The higher level of Sabotage is, the greater the possibility that it can knock out an robotic opponent.

Real-Time Interaction[]

When performing Sabotage in gameplay, the player has to complete a series of real-time events by performing certain actions on the Touch Screen, in order to execute Sabotage optimally:

1. The player has to touch the inside of eleven circles in succession when the outer circles overlap the inner circles.
2. The player has to tap an inner circle that appears eight times, before the outer circle overlap the inner circle.

Missing or not touching these circles correctly will result in Eggman and Tails failing to perform Sabotage.
