Pumpkin Hill Zone is a location that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. Pumpkin Hill Zone is located on Sonic's World in a close proximity near to Sky Rail Zone. The zone is infamous for holding a chock full of ghosts.

History[]

Previously, before the Shattered World Crisis, Knuckles went to Pumpkin Hill Zone to collect Emerald Shards. Eventually, Knuckles had went to Pumpkin Hill Zone after the beginning of the Shattered World Crisis to seek out a spirit that could help during the crisis. Stopping at a location known as Church Hill at Pumpkin Hill Zone, Knuckles was ambushed by Dark Gaia Creatures, but was helped by the Chaotix (Vector), (Espio), and (Charmy). The Chaotix had asked for Knuckles' assistance on finding Chaos Emeralds for Sally's plan to restore the world, and the red echidna accepted. Knuckles sensed the emerald via his emerald-seeking sense going deeper below the Aquatic Mine Zone, in which the Chaotix, worried about the Hooligans finding the emerald first, rushed Knuckles to head below. However, after Charmy hears that ghosts are located in the zone, he runs away, causing the heroes to stop what they're doing to find Charmy. Knuckles provides Charmy with courage that he's faced ghosts before, which strengthens Charmy's confidence. Before the heroes move below, the Hooligans ambush the heroes, asking for the Chaos Emerald.[1] Shortly, after realizing neither parties have a Chaos Emerald, Nack learns from Knuckles that the Chaos Emerald is down below the Aquatic Mine Zone. The Hooligans move downward, while Knuckles and the Chaotix move to the correct spot where the emerald is located. The heroes proceed downward to the Aquatic Mine Zone.[2]
