Description[]
In most games, King will perform a series of flying kicks at the opponent, with the animation being dependent on the game.
From KOF '94 to KOF '95, as well as every game since KOF XIII, King will perform one kick at a horizontal angle for the version, or two kicks for the version. This version is named Tornado Kick '95.
Strategy[]
Usage[]
One of King's premiere approach tools, this is the way to go if you need to get closer to the opponent or to capitalize on big whiffs. It's also a very solid combo filler tool, especially the version in KOF XIV and XV, where it can juggle the opponents.
Counter[]
Beyond that, however, there isn't much else to say other than the fact that the move lacks any kind of invincibility frames whatsoever. It can go over low projectiles (such as Reppuken or Yamibarai), but against more conventional projectiles - and ironically her own Venom Strikes - King will be easily swatted out of the air, potentially for a combo depending on the game and the character. Tornado Kick is also very unsafe on block, especially the version.
