Doctor Brown

Doctor Brown Sugar is a recurring character in the World Heroes series. He is a scientist who organized the World Heroes tournament, helped the ninjas in Ninja Commando and the Neo Geo Heroes in Neo Geo Heroes: Ultimate Shooting. His appearance is most likely based on Doc Brown from Back to the Future series and German scientist Albert Einstein.
