Street Artist is an NPC exclusively in the Urbz: Sims in the City for Nintendo DS. He can always be seen painting in front of the Crawfish Shack in the Sim Quarter.
Street Artist can be asked a few questions, such as what kind of artist is he (he says "he paints") and if he can be sold paintings (paintings cannot be sold anywhere, but they make great gifts). If the player asks to paint something, Street Artist will offer them the option to do so for §100. If the player accepts, they will be put into a painting minigame (also named "Street Artist") where they will be able to create their own painting.
After the player is done with their painting, it will be added to their inventory as a Personal Painting. Personal Paintings can be hung up in the player's house as decor or given to almost any character as a gift (the only character that won't accept one as a gift is Daddy Bigbucks).
