Shady Acres is a neighborhood in StrangerVille. There are five residential lots. Two of the lots are occupied by the Eclectic Arts household and the Roswell family, one is unoccupied, and two are empty.

Cliff Side Crest is one of the two empty lots in Shady Acres. The front of the lot has big planter boxes with cacti on each side of the driveway. On the right side of the lot is an area with a big planter box and many flower boxes, along with a birdbath and a Parking It Patio Bench that overlooks the landscape.

Plateau Place is an uninhabited residential lot in Shady Acres. The house is sparingly furnished, with many rooms have the bare necessities or are outright empty. Oddly, the master bathroom has an archway leading into it. The lot has an elbow-shaped driveway lined with rocks and flowers leading up to it. The lot also has a sizeable pool in the back. To the right of the lot is a Parking It Patio Bench, similar to the Cliff Side Crest lot.

Dream Weavers Way is a residential lot in Shady Acres inhabited by the Eclectic Arts household. There is a narrow elbow-shaped driveway, and a front pathway breaking off of it with wooden planks leading to the entrance of the house. There are a few oddly placed planting boxes surrounding the house. Inside, the house is sparsely furnished and oddly decorated. There are also only two bedrooms, despite the Eclectic Arts household consisting of three roommates, none of whom are involved in a romantic relationship with each other.

StrangerVille Overlook is a residential lot in Shady Acres inhabited by the Roswell family. It is the most expensive and biggest house in the neighborhood. There is a ladle-shaped driveway lined by many plants leading up to the house. Its rooms, although decorated, are still vastly empty. The house posses six beds in total, but the Roswell's only consist of a married couple, Meredith Roswell and her mayor husband Ted Roswell. The third floor of the house cannot be accessed, as it is only for decoration and is empty. There is also a basement with a desk, a nightstand, and many papers. The player can search for evidence in the papers as part of StrangerVille mystery. The lot is also surrounded by a dilapidated wooden fence, and there is a fishing pond behind it.
Neighborhood amenities[]
The neighborhood rests atop a plateau with lots of trees and shrubbery. The neighborhood resembles a gated community, and has a building at the entrance of the neighborhood. There are a couple benches in the area that are not on a lot. There is also a fishing pond toward the back of the plateau, behind Strangerville Overlook and across from Dream Weavers Way. The pond is formed from a tributary from the mountains behind the plateau, and flows down into a bigger river below the plateau.
