Tybalt Capp ( Listen  /ˈtɪbəlt kæp/) is a pre-made playable teen Sim residing in Veronaville, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims 2. He is the grandson of Consort and Contessa, the third second child and only son of Caliban and Cordelia and the older brother of Juliette and Hermia. His cousins are Miranda, Hal, Desdemona and Ariel. He is voiced by Jack Conte; when he becomes an adult, he will be voiced by David Boat.

Tybalt is enemies with Romeo and Mercutio Monty, because of the Capp/Monty family feud. He has been involved in the feud since youth, as one of the Capp family storytelling images show him harassing Mercutio while Hermia daydreams and Romeo and Juliette play together. In addition to his participation in the feud, Tybalt has negative daily relationships with several members of his family - Ariel, Hal, Juliette, Kent and Miranda.

Tybalt attends private school, along with his sisters. He wouldn't have been able to get into private school with a C- grade. It can be assumed that he was enrolled in private school before his grade dropped. When first played, he is 5 days away from becoming an adult. If FreeTime is installed, his predestined hobby will be music and dance.

The birth order of Cordelia's children is not consistent. The memories of both Tybalt and his siblings display Tybalt being the youngest child. When their parents died, he was a toddler, Hermia was a child, and Juliette was a teen. However, Consort's memories place Tybalt as the oldest of Cordelia's children; this is consistent with him being the actual oldest sibling in-game. Additionally, one of the storytelling images of the Capp family show Tybalt as a child watching his sisters in their respective cribs as toddlers.

Because of Tybalt's high body skill, he will almost always win physical fights against Mercutio. Strangely, he doesn't have the memory of mastering the body skill.

Tybalt's facial structure in his default headshot is quite different from his facial structure in-game. For one thing, his facial structure in-game is much shorter and the corners of his mouth curve down instead of up. This can be proven by changing his appearance in the mirror and then hitting the tick button to refresh his thumbnail. Patrizio, Romeo, and Mercutio Monty, Albany, and Hal Capp's facial structures in their default headshots are also inconsistent with their facial structures in-game.

There is also evidence that Tybalt was originally meant to be the fifth child of Goneril and Albany. The adult and elderly versions of Tybalt's old face (the one visible in his default thumbnail) are still present in his character file in an older format. Goneril also has this, but only her elderly version, and this face has a very strong resemblance to Tybalt's old face, but with some slight editing. His file is also wedged right between the couple and their children, which indicates he was created alongside them.

Strangely, if Tybalt's appearance is extracted with SimPE to Body Shop, he will be thin instead of fit. The reason for this is because he has the fitness texture for thin Sims instead of the one for fit Sims. This will become more apparent when he grows into an adult.

This implies that he was originally thin and his fitness level was subsequently modified with a program like SimPE. The only way for him to have the fitness texture for fit Sims without hacks is by having him overeat until he becomes thin, and then have him workout until he is fit again. This also happens with many other pre-made Sims in The Sims 2.
