Elmer Ebadi is one of the pre-made NPC burglars residing in the Free Play version of Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two burglars are Mary Taylor and Hayden Raha. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. He has the same facial structure as Skylar Couderc. He has short black hair, dark blue eyes and medium skin.
Elmer is a Family Sim with the Cancer zodiac sign. As far as personality, he is quite neat and somewhat active and playful, but he is quite shy and grouchy. When it comes to skills, he has 3 points in creativity. He is mostly interested in Environment, Culture and Crime. His turn ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game.
