Three Little Maids From School Are We is a song originally from the 1885 comic opera "The Mikado" by W. S. Gilbert and Arthur Sullivan. It first appeared in Cape Feare when it was sung by the Simpson family (known as the Thompsons in this episode) while they drive to Terror Lake. The song later appeared in The Bob Next Door twice; Once when it was sung by Bart and Milhouse when they try to bait Walt Warren into exposing himself as being Sideshow Bob in disguise, and when Sideshow Bob reveals himself to Bart while singing part of the song.
