Snakehead (Fringe)

In the Fringe TV series, the term “Snakehead” refers to an episode in the second season. In this episode, the Fringe team investigates a series of deaths caused by large parasitic worms coming out of people’s mouths. The case leads them to a Chinese gang involved in a black market for medicinal drugs. The story explores themes of self-improvement and healing, as immigrants swallow mysterious capsules in hopes of easing their transition to a better life.[1][2]
