Easter Monday is the day after Easter Sunday. It is a holiday in many Christian countries. It is also the second day of the Octave of Easter.

In the Catholic Church, Easter Monday is also called "Monday of the Angel" in relation to the announcement of the Resurrection of Jesus in the New Testament.[1]
