English: Seogamni Gold Buckle of Pyeongyang (National Treasures No.89 of South Korea), excavated in Pyongyang, North Korea. For decades, this exquisite belt buckle was thought to be one-of-a-kind, but that changed in the early 1980s, when a similar buckle was found at a fortress site in Kharashahr in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of China, with none having ever been found in the Central Plains region of China.
