The Wicked Dwarf is a character who briefly appeared in "Shrek: Totally Tangled Tales."

In one of the storybook animations, he jumps from behind the log yelling at Snow White and Rose Red. As an act of defense, Snow White cuts his long beard with scissors, causing him to fall from shock.
He is only brought up again through a trivia question about his beard being cut.
