Oksalatna dekarboksilaza (EC 4.1.1.2, oksalatna karboksi-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom oksalat karboksi-lijaza (formira format).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Enzim iz Bacillus subtilis sadrži mangan. Za njegovo dejstvo su neophodni molekuli O2.
