In 1969, this ghostly kid, who called the Ghost Host “daddy” and appeared never to have seen any mortals (suggesting he was born as a ghost to already-deceased parents), asked the Host to tell him “a human story”, to which the Host responded by telling him how the Haunted Mansion was to appear in Disneyland.

The Ghost Kid appears only in the 1969 radio spot A Human Story. His precise relationship to the Ghost Host (who may be his father, adoptive father, or father figure depending one's interpretation) is a subject of much debate.
