Hello Friends, Over at Just Us Girls Judy has chosen a fabulous photo for us/you to be inspired by! As soon as I saw this picture I knew exactly what DP I was going to be using! I also got out some of my favorite Verve stamps and dies to get my creative juices flowing. This card is very simple, but I like the way it came together.

Hello Friends, Hope you are having a great day so far! It’s time for another challenge over at Seize the Birthday and our topping this time around is to use Kraft as your card base. Easy Huh? At least I took the most easiest route I could, but that talented team of mine did not! You must come see what they did with our topping!

Hello Friends, It’s indeed Saturday and time for the latest challenge at Just Us Girls. Vicki has picked a typical Halloween color combination, but I was in need of a sympathy card for a dear friend who lost her husband recently, so I took that route instead. I like how it came together and have made quite a few cards since then using this same layout.

Hello Happy Weekend! I was so bummed when I went to my faithful photo editing software Picmonkey and found out it wasn’t free anymore! 😦 So bear with me till I find one that I am happy with! If you have any recommendations, I will take them. This one is called Fotojet, and I only had a few minutes to play with it, so the verdict is still out if it’s a keeper! This card was made with Verve stamps and or Free digis that Julee is so gracious to give out so often.

Hello my faithful friends, It’s count down time to the wedding and it’s getting surreal and exciting. Luckily, I worked way ahead on my cards as that craft is taking a back seat currently. Hello Friends, Hope this post finds you well and enjoying cooler temperatures wherever you live. We have yet to turn cooler, but I have hopes that it will happen soon. Today it’s Word Week over at Just Us Girls and Sue has chosen the word LIGHT. The first light I thought of was sunlight and that’s how this card evolved. A little post-it note masking with my Oxide inks, some silhouette stamping, and some white heat embossing and I was done.
