Dr. Henrietta Eisenhower was a historian in a previous iteration employed by the SCP Foundation and based at SCP-2000 under Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. She made a note recommending that 2000 not be set back further than 20 years, in order to make use of "undestroyed" structures and ensure continuity is easier to resume.
Dr. Charles Gears, the HMCL of SCP-2000, was informed of this note after its discovery. He honored this recommendation, making the limit of 20 years official.[1]
