Professor Greg Lewis is an SCP Foundation scientist that, by the time of the Chaos Insurgency Orientation headed by IA Colonel Neil Hornby in 2012, was the leading expert on the Chaos Insurgency. He studied the Insurgency since before 1962, later assembling the documentation on the Insurgency and the Foundation Civil War that would be classified as SLATE THUNDER.[1]
