Phil and Lil Double Trouble is a Rugrats video that was released on Tuesday, October 15, 1996 by Paramount Home Video. It was originally slated to be released by Sony Wonder alongside Tommy Troubles in the spring of 1996, but the release got delayed once Paramount acquired the home video distribution rights for Nickelodeon's shows.
In-between the four Rugrats episodes on the tape is an episode of The Non-Adventures of Safety Queen, a series of shorts by Klasky Csupo which would play in-between shows on Nickelodeon in the mid-to-late 1990s.
