Jean-Claude is a French boy who recently moved into the neighborhood. He lives next door to Angelica and quickly became her latest crush after she realized that it would never work out with Dean. It's hinted that he might return the feelings after meeting her. He is voiced by E.G. Daily.
Jean-Claude later reappeared in the fourth Rugrats chapter book, Bonjour, Babies!.
