Robotech 2 is the second issue in the comic series focusing on Robotech: The Macross Saga. It was released 30 August 2017 both digitally and in-print. It is an adaptation of the episodes "Countdown" and "Space Fold".
Summary[]
Rick Hunter and Lynn Minmei are facing down an alien. They are saved by the arrival of Roy Fokker.
Meanwhile, Captain Henry Gloval orders the SDF-1 to takeoff and execute an emergency Space Fold. However, they end up in the Kuiper Belt and not their target of the moon. Hunter and Minmei crash aboard an unused storage unit.
