Ishtar keeps multiple Lamassu at her house. When Nergal came to demand Sikander Aziz come with him, they transform into their true selves to defend the boy from the Plague God. They later transport Sik and his companions to Manhattan General Hospital after they find a cure.
Fury of the Dragon Goddess[]
In an altered destiny where Sik is the adopted son of Ishtar, Sik learned speed, grace and deadly reaction by playing with the goddess' cats growing up.
