1F passage is a room in the Raccoon General Hospital. It connects the Hospital lobby with the Night reception. This area is featured in Resident Evil Outbreak.
Description[]
This room consist of various items and furniture scattered about the room with files and paper littering the floor. Various rooms can be accessed from this area along with a staircase leading to the second level of the hospital.
Guide[]
An Iron Pipe can be found against the bench under the stairs on Easy, Normal and Hard.[1] If not yet defeated, the Leech Man can and will spawn in this room.
