Fan is a recruitable character in Radiata Stories. She is a Light Elf who guards the entrance to the City of Flowers, alongside her fellow Light Elf friend, Shin. Like Shin, she consistently encounters Genius and continually denies him access to the City of Flowers.
Fan is a light elf who can charm non-elves into doing her bidding. She looks down on other races and often uses cutesy tricks for no other purpose than her own amusement. She's always perky and cute around others, but it is all an act. She is actually quite rough and ill-mannered.
